International Shipping

INTERNATIONAL POLICIES: Our listed prices are all in US Dollars. The current exchange rate will be applied by the purchaser's credit card company at the time of the sale. BOARDSFORLESS.com will only charge for the item price and shipping. Additional taxes and border fees may be charged by the Purchaser's home country. These additional fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser. All shipping and handling charges are at the expense of the purchaser, and are not reflected in the retail price of the item. Australian and New Zealand orders may be manually adjusted based on the weight of the order. The purchaser will be contacted and the order put on hold until the additional funds are obtained. International shipments will be shipped with FEDEX or USPS (typically 4-10 business days, but exceptions can take up to 2 months with current border security measures). Once the purchaser has received the merchandise (as evidenced by the shipper record) they have a period of up to 2 weeks (14 days) to notify BOARDSFORLESS.COM of an intent to return the product. The product may be returned unused within this period for any reason. A restocking charge of 15% of the original purchase price will be applied. After this one week period, return of merchandise will be at the sole discretion of BOARDSFORLESS.COM. No items will be accepted for return once used, or if incomplete. No item may be returned or exchanged without first obtaining a return authorization number from BOARDSFORLESS.COM. This is required to allow us to accurately track and manage return shipments. The shipping in both directions is always the responsibility of the purchaser. There is no refund of shipping for returned items. The warranty on merchandise, is the warranty specified by the manufacturer of that product. BOARDSFORLESS.COM will assist in manufacturer warranty claims in any way possible. The final decision on any warranty claim lies with the manufacturer. BOARDSFORLESS.COM offers no direct warranty. We do not share customer information with any outside groups or interests. Your transaction with BOARDSFORLESS.COM is entirely confidential. We treat your email address, name, and physical address with the same respect as we would want our own treated.
